RE/PRO TOOL IS HERE!!

We’ll have the marketing materials available for you soon, but here’s how simply it works…
The agent will download the app on their phone. Reprotool (no spaces).
To register it’s simply an email and password. They will then be sent a code (part of authentication) to input.
To use: They select Empire West Title Agency, Arizona. Enter the property address and Buyer’s name. Take a picture of the front and the back of the check.
**IMPORTANT, They MUST write “for mobile deposit only” on the back of the check.
The check is then deposited into a holding account. After verification the team in Colorado will search our database for the address. Remember, at that time you may not have the contract yet. So you will need to stress the importance to your agent to CONTACT YOUR ESCROW OFFICER WITH THE PROPERTY ADDRESS BEFORE MAKING THE DEPOSIT. This will stop any delays. If the address is not in RQ a few of us will be notified and email will go out asking who the deposit belongs to.
When the escrow is located the funds will be wired from the holding account in to the appropriate bank.
